Storage feed wheels (without additional transformer)

With EKC2 machines, up to four storage feed wheels can be connected without using an additional transformer.

• 1 STOLL friction feed wheel + 2 storage feed wheels
• 4 Storage feed wheels

The storage feed wheels have to meet the following requirements:

• Voltage connection with 54 V DC
• Error message via a potential free contact

Notes:

• To be able to connect the storage feed wheels, you need an interface card of the feed wheel manufacturer. You plug it into the "XR71" socket on the rear side of the right control unit.
• If a STOLL friction feed wheel is not used, it must be disabled at the machine. Otherwise, an error message will appear again and again.
• Switch off and on again the machine and carry out a Restart & Configuration.
• In the Optional Features menu, disable the corresponding feed wheel.
