• Operators and dispatchers organize a task distribution and certain responsibilities for machine events.
• The machines are grouped in a way that there is always one responsible user for a specific part.
• Regarding the alarm notifications each user selects the machine group for which he is responsible.
• The dispatcher will be notified about especially important messages via e-mail or SMS.
• The dispatcher will be notified about all the order specific changes regarding an especially important and time critical order.
• An operator regularly calls up his personal mobile notification page on his smart phone. The operator accesses if necessary the corresponding machine via the PPS through VNC in order to reply a notification.
• If it is about an order related notification, the user can call it up.
• The dispatcher contacts the operator of a problematic machine by phone using the button in the PPS to check off the notification as dealt with.
