Senior operator or maintenance call received by machine operator

If a call for a senior operator or for a repair (Maintenance) is released by the operator from the machine, this is not only signalized by the status change of the triggering button but the call is also notified to the STOLL PPS. The users of the STOLL PPS, who are subscribed to this notification receive a message and have the option of reacting to this call.

• The message appears in the message area and can be treated accordingly by the user.
• If a telephone receiver is visible in the message details, a connection with the caller can be established.
• Via the machine symbol a VNC connection to the machine can be opened.
  
• If the senior operator or the maintenance call is withdrawn at the machine, the entry in the message area is automatically confirmed by the PPS.
