Machine state: Colors and symbols

The STOLL PPS marks the machine state at different points in the application in color and - in case of an error - with additional symbols which indicate the type of error.

Color codings:

Color	Meaning
Light gray	Machines switched off Machine not accessible
Green	Machine is running at desired speed Unrestricted productivity
Yellow	Restricted productivity (e.g. slow speed, long strokes)
Orange	Machine has stopped. If the machine stops for longer than 10 min, the color turns to red.
Red	Serious stops (See red within the following table) Change from orange to red after preset time (10 min). Mouseover on the machine shows the stop motion as a popup.
Blue	(not possible with BT machines) Repair
Blue with yellow border	(not possible with BT machines) Maintenance Update Set-up Patterning
