Times for the calculation

• One or more orders are scheduled
  Previously no production start can be established.
• The user changes the order
  of the orders waiting on the machine or already scheduled
• Machine reports back that the production of an order was started.
• Machine reports back that another piece of the order was produced.
  => Number of the produced pieces of an order + production duration up to now
• Machine reports back that the production of an order was completed.
• Machine reports back that an order was taken out of the production / cancelled

In each case all the tickets on the machine and the related orders are updated.
