Managing the missing pieces of an order

Via the missing piece management of the STOLL PPS it is possible to carry out a sequence-accurate recording of missing pieces. In the STOLL PPS as well as on the machine, the user can record the number of resulted missing pieces in relation to a ticket and this way to the parent order. The way of evaluating missing pieces during the definition of the production progress can be defined globally by the user. The STOLL PPS user obtains an overview over the accumulated missing pieces. The operator can report them in a structured way.

Finally it is possible to react customer-specific to the missing pieces, e.g. releasing a reproduction.
