Changing or deleting the Printer Assignment of a Device:

An Machine manager or Administrator can change or delete the printer assignment of a device. The printer assignment of one or more devices can be changed, by simply assigning them to another printer.

    Click Configuration in the main menu.

    Click on the Printer tab.

    Select the desired printer in the printer list (1).
  1. On the very right (4) appears a list of all devices. In the middle (2) appears a list of the devices already assigned to the printer.

    Select one device in the device list (3).

    With the pressed Shift key select several devices simultaneously.

    Click the button in the toolbar (4).
  1. The selected devices are assigned to the printer.

Removing the Printer Assignment of a Device:

    Click Configuration in the main menu.

    Click on the Printer tab.

    Select the desired printer in the printer list (1).
  1. In the middle (2) appears a list of the devices already assigned to the printer.

    Select the devices to be removed from the list (2) of assigned devices.

    With the pressed Shift key select several devices simultaneously.

    Click the button.
  1. The selected device or devices are not assigned to any printer.
