Determining the pattern directory path

The path to the pattern directory (locally on the machine, FTP or windows network directory) can be determined here.

    Select Configuration in the main menu.

    Select the Other configuration tab of the 2nd level.

    Select the Machine in the Configuration list.
  1. The entry window for the machine configuration appears.

    Enter the desired directory in the Pattern directory edit box.
    The path must be accessible from the machine.
    If only OKC machines are managed with this PPS and the patterns are to be obtained via the integrated FTP server in the default setting, the path can be entered like this:
    ftp://f140401va/Pattern
    Replace f140401va by your server.

    Select the Save button.
  1. The pattern directory path (network path) is saved, distributed to all machines and from now on used for calling up patterns.
  2. Machines connected to the PPS in the future, will automatically receive this setting by the STOLL PPS configuration management.
