Determining the machine configuration path

Here, you determine the directory where the machine will regularly save the backups of its configuration.

    Select Configuration in the main menu.

    Select the Other configuration tab of the 2nd level.

    Select the Machine in the Configuration list.
  1. The entry window for the machine configuration appears.

    Enter the desired directory in the Directory for MC configuration memory edit box.
    If only OKC machines are managed with this PPS and the machine configuration is to be saved via the integrated FTP server in the default setting, the path can be entered like this:
    ftp://f140401va/McFiles/McLoggings
    Replace f140401va by your server.

    The path must be accessible from the machine.

    Select the Save button.
  1. The network path is saved and from now on it is used by the machines for storing their configuration data.
  2. Machines connected to the PPS in the future, will automatically receive this setting by the STOLL PPS configuration management.
