Log files are indispensable to detect complicated problems. Every software component generates such files. Their storage can be found in the following locations:

• PPS and SNS setup program
• C:\Windows\PPSInstall.txt
• C:\Windows\SNSInstall.txt
• PPS Update Batch
• D:\PPS\PpsJBossServer\PpsServerInstallScripts\Pps_Update_Log.txt
• PPS
  Log files of the current day
  The drive specification depends on your selection during the installation.
  Location: D:\PPS\PpsJBossServer\standalone\log\logfiles\
• server.log
  General PPS server log file
• recovery.log
  Log file of the recovery procedure
• ui.log
  Log file of the user interactions
• Of other days
  *.log.<date> (e.g. server.log.2015-03-28)
• ERP order files (XML) error
  In D:\PPS\ERP\Input\failed, <XML-Filename>.cause, <XML-Filename>.XML
• Manual order files (XML) error
  In D:\PPS\ERP\Output\manual-orders\failed, <XML-Filename>.cause, <XML-Filename>.XML
• SKR and backup tool
  All files in C:\skr3log
• SNS
  All files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Group\Apache2\logs
• Machine loggings
  In D:\PPS\McFiles\McLoggings
  For ex. log_62100000022_20141030_153607.zip
  621 is the machine class, 000 is the component type, 00022 is the serial number
