Troubleshooting
You detect a fault. Call up the message area and scroll down to the current messages. If necessary, you can use filters to reduce the error output.
If a machine is represented in grey in the scheduling meaning:
- machine is not switched on
- Ticket Management is disabled
- PPS Connector is expired
- no network connection exists
- wrong or an incompatible operating system is installed
- recovery is not yet finished.
A machine cannot load a pattern:
- The machine login is correctly setup in the network configuration?
- The network share was setup for this user?
- Is the machine located in another network section?
