How to Correct Incomplete Tickets
In case of split tickets, that are already distributed and partially processed you don't have any possibility of post-editing.
In general the corrections are recommended only for orders that were not yet started.
If the ticket is located on the machine retract it to the PPS. If it is already in process, delay it at the machine and then retract it to the PPS.
How to change the data of an order:

- Select the order in the scheduling.
- 2
- Click on Details.
- 3
- Change incorrect or incomplete data.
- 4
- Save the changes.
- 5
- Send the order again.
- The order can be processed by the machine with the changes.
Ticket from ERP
If the ticket came from the ERP, not all the fields will be available for editing.
You can change only some basic data or user tags.
If this is insufficient:
- Get an order free of errors
- Or search for the order in the D:\PPS\ERP\Input\.camel folder.
- Edit the order in the editor.
- Delete the order in the PPS.
- Save the modified order again to the D:\PPS\ERP\Input folder.
- Schedule this order again.
Incomplete Template
You have edited a template and realized later on that it is incomplete.
- Open it in the ticket template management for editing.
- Make the necessary adjustments.
Recommendation:
- Edit the template file outside the PPS.
- Delete the existing template file.
- Load the modified template file from the D:\PPS\SampleTickets\PpsTicketTemplate folder.
