Observe by all means the environmental conditions for the operation of the PPS server specified by the computer manufacturer.

• Schedule performance reserves.
• Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Operate the PC in sufficiently air-conditioned and dust-free rooms only.
• Fine-grained dust may damage fan bearings.
• Salty air may lead to corrosion.
• Yarn fluffs quickly obstruct the fan grid and overheat the PC.
• Maintain the ventilations openings always clear and ensure adequate ventilation.
• Ensure a reliable main supply.
• Use an uninterruptible and stabilized power supply (UPS).
• Use a highly performant notebook as alternative.
