The "Ticket processing" window

The working sequence of a ticket on the knitting machine is from the left to the right.

Field

Explanation

To do

The tickets which are assigned to this machine are provided in the input field.

Move ticket

(from Todo field -> In process)

Select the ticket and tap the button.

The ticket will be opened,

  • the determined entries (e.g. data, machine number, name of knitter) are entered automatically.
  • Supplements (e.g. name of customer) can be entered.

Close ticket. It is moved to the In process field.

In Process

This is the working field for the tickets.
The ticket is unchangeably allocated to the machine; the planner cannot assign it to another machine.

Once the order of the ticket has been done, then move the ticket into the next field.

Move ticket

Action field active: Move the ticket to the Action field.

Action field not active: Move the ticket to the Done field.

Action

The action defined on the Ticket Server (e.g. print) will be carried out.

If this action has been carried out successfully, then ticket is automatically moved to the Done field.

Done

This is the output field of the ticket processing.

The finished tickets are automatically reported to the Ticket Server.
The ticket is marked with an icon to enable you to see immediately that it has been reported to the Ticket Server .

The tickets remain a certain time in this field (can be set in the Ticket processing configuration).

If the connection to the Ticket Server is interrupted, the data will not be lost. As soon as the connection is recovered the data will be communicated automatically.

The buttons in the Ticket processing window

Move the ticket to the In process field.
The Edit ticket data window will be opened. The unchangeable production data (left column) are entered automatically. You can enter the customer data (right column).

After closing the window, the ticket will be moved to the In process field.

Return the ticket to the Todo field. Stoll data, customer data remain unchanged.

Move the ticket to the Action field. Finally the action (e.g. printing out the ticket) is carried out automatically.
Once the action is completed, the ticket is automatically moved to the Done field.

Move the ticket to the Done field. (Button only visible when the Action field is deactivated.)

Read and edit the ticket data.
Editing is only possible if the ticket is in the In process field. The data in the Customer data column can be filled out by yourself.
If the ticket is in another field, then the ticket data can only be read. (The input field is not active, it is greyed out.)
