Helpful knitting rows

When carrying out cleaning, adjustments and repair work, it is helpful to set a certain knitting situation immediately. The following table lists the knitting specifications mentioned in the operating instructions and the online help.

If you do not want to generate a new knitting program, one of the two possibilities can be used.
However: The previous racking position is retained.

  • Suspend Production
    Intervene Manually I ->   Suspend Production
  • Cancel the production
    Intervene Manually I ->  Cancel Production

Knitting specifications for machines with additional beds

 

Knitting Specifications

Both knitting rows are necessary:

  1. Transfer from front needle bed to rear additional bed
  2. Transfer from rear additional bed to front needle bed

Both knitting rows are necessary:

  1. Transfer from rear needle bed to front additional bed
  2. Transfer from front additional bed to rear needle bed

Generate small knitting program:

    Stop the carriage shortly after the left reversing position.

    Exit the production
    Set up Order -> Edit Order -> Exit Production

    Create a new order
    Set up Order -> Edit Order -> Create New Order

    Create a new knitting program.
    In the Create New Order menu tap the Create New Knitting Program button.
  1. Confirm the message. A small knitting program with four lines is created.

    Call-up the new knitting program.
    Set up Order -> Edit Pattern

    The knitting program contains four lines:
    40 START
    50 S0
    60 S0
    70 END

    Set the cursor in line 50.

    Tap the button . The editor appears.

    Enter the desired knitting specification using the virtual keyboard.
    For example, you may want to enter a transfer row to the rear on line 50.
    The specifications are as follows: 50 <> S:U^SR; S1

    Repeat this specification in line 60.
    60 <> S:U^SR; S1
    The reason for this: A knitting program must contain at least two lines with knitting specifications.

    Confirm the entry with OK.

    Return to the Edit Order window and enter a higher piece quantity, so that the carriage runs several times back and forth.
    Set up Order -> Edit Order

    Pull up the engaging rod.
  3. The knitting specification is carried out after the next reversal.

    Stop the carriage if it is in the left reversal again.

    Carry out the work on the knitting machine.

    If you want to control the setting, you can let the carriage move several times back and forth.

    For the resumption of the production load the previous order and start the production.
