The position of the "Needle selection" button was modified

The buttonsLight and Needle Selection were too close together. In unfavorable cases it could happen, that the Needle Selection button was mistakenly operated, although the light should be switched on.

In order to avoid this the positions of the buttons Needle Selection and Create Initial State in the Intervene Manually I menu were exchanged.
