Report Data
The computer of the knitting machine gathers the operating data - from the first switching on of the machine at STOLL until today - as soon as the machine main switch is switched on.
You can select for which time period you want to view or gather the operating data:
- The entire operating data (from the first switching on of the machine until today)
- For a specific time period
Determine the duration of the time period (for example: a week, a month or the production time for an order) - For a specific shift
These data are to help you optimize the performance and capacity load of the knitting machine.

Operating Data | Key | Explanation |

Total | Report (total) | Displays the operating data which has been gathered over the whole life time of the machine.

Time period | Report0 (period) | Operating data for a specific time period It can be the operating data of a week, a month or the production time for a specific order. |
Shift | Report of Shift 1 | A total of five shift counters are available. For each shift is generated a separate report. |
Manual shift changes | ||
Automatic Shift Change Once the start time and the ending time of each shift have been entered, the shift changeover automatically occurs after the entered time. |
This data cannot be deleted.
Start data entry:

- Select the desired report (report for shift, Report0).

- Tap the button Delete.
Delete - The previous data will be set to zero.

- Start the machine with the engaging rod.
- The operating data is recorded.

- After the end of the shift or the time period:
Open this window and view the recorded data.
