- 以一定的角度立起后针板（见卸下针床或以一定角度立起针床）。

- 拆去横移心轴上的盖子。

- 使用毛刷给横移条和滑片导轨涂润滑脂。

- 用油脂枪（油脂Klueber Staburags NBU 8 EP, ID 267 423）给润滑头 (1) 加油脂。
给辅助针床的横移装置加润滑脂

- 移开针板右侧横移装置的罩盖。

- 使用毛刷给横移条和滑片导轨涂润滑脂。

- 用油脂枪（Klueber Staburags NBU 8 EP, ID 267 423）给润滑头 (2) 加油脂。

- 在针板左侧重复同样操作。
Grease the racking device of the additional beds
- 759
- Remove the cover of the racking device on the right-hand side of the needle bed.
- 760
- Apply grease on the racking strip and on the sliding guidances with a brush.
- 761
- Grease the lubricating nipple (2) with a grease gun (Klueber Staburags NBU 8 EP, ID 267 423).
- 762
- Repeat the works on the left-hand side of the needle bed.
