Exchanging and Adjusting Needle Brushes

The needle brushes must be adjusted when errors occur during stitch formation, e.g. drop stitches.

The needle brushes open the needle latches for inserting the thread.

The needle brushes are correctly adjusted when

the brushes project an equal distance over both sides of the holder. The markings on the brush are visible on both sides.
the canted surfaces (3) opposite each other.
the brushes do not touch the needle hooks of the fully raised needles (DJ). The distance (4) is to be 0.5 mm to 1 mm.

Exchanging and Adjusting Needle Brushes:

Exchange needle brushes	Loosen screws (7). Exchange needle brush. Retighten the screws (7). Exchange needle brushes on all systems.
Horizontal setting	Loosen screws (1). Adjust needle brush. Retighten the screws (1). Adjust needle brushes on all systems.
Vertical setting	Loosen screws (2). Adjust needle brush. Retighten the screws (2). Adjust needle brushes on all systems.
Notice	You can remove the cover (5) if needed. To do this, guide the hexagon socket through the through-hole (arrow) and loosen the screw (6). Remove cover (5).
