EVP - The states of the system time
The three states of the system time:

| The system time is valid.
|
Everything is all right, no remedy required.

| The system time is invalid.
Set correct time, date and time zone.
|
Remedy: Set the system time of the EKC operating system correctly.

- Open the menu.
Configure Machine -> System Settings -> Time and Language

- Check date, time and the time zone.

- Correct the data, if necessary.

| The system time is invalid.
Set correct time, date and time zone at first. Then, request a time certification EVP from STOLL and import it within 24 hours.

Remedy: Require the time EVP at STOLL, and load it into the machine.
- The system time is set correctly (see above, point 2)
- The USB memory stick is plugged
- The tab is open
- 1
- Select folder.
Select F drive and confirm with OK.

- Generate the Time-Synchronization File.
Create Time-synchronization File
- The "TimeCert_mc-number.bin" file will be saved on the USB Memory Stick.

- Send this file to STOLL.
For doing this, log on in the STOLL customer's network.

- In the "Extended Value Package" menu, select the "Request certified system time" (3) program point.
Transmit the time synchronisation file ("TimeCert_mc-number.bin") to STOLL here.

- You will get an email with an time EVP from STOLL.

- Install the time EVP on the machine.
