Cleaning interval

To retain the operability of the knitting machine and ensure the quality of the fabric, the knitting machine must be cleaned regularly.

Cleaning agent

We recommend the use of following cleaning agent:

Special cleaning agent for Plexiglas (note the manufacturer's specifications)	Touch screen and covers

Solvents on Plastics!

Solvents can damage acrylic glass and other plastic surfaces.

Examples: Benzene, ethanol, alcohol

Plastics, in particular the transparent covers, may not be cleaned with glass cleaner or spirit.
Clean with pure water and dishwashing detergent only.
If necessary, clean with special detergent for acrylic glass.

No Magnets!

Needle bed or cams can get magnetized.

This can cause incorrect selection.

Do not remove metallic parts and fragments (e.g. broken needle latch or needle hook) with a magnetic tool.
