Position of Needles Outside the Carriage
On a very loose fabric it may be necessary to change the position of the needles outside the carriage.
When the needles leave the carriage, they are in a deep position in the needle bed. If a racking movement is carried out in the following row, there is the risk of tearing stitches. To avoid this, the needle position can be changed with the cam (1).
You can adjust the position of the cam (1) using the screw (2).
Adjust cam:

- Loosen the screw (2) and push it into the desired position.

- Retighten screw (2).

- Adjust the screw (2) on both sides of the carriage.
