If the machine computer has serious problems, the cause is very important for STOLL. For example:

• the computer does no longer react to any inputs
• the program crashes

The computer saves the data up to the fault internally in so-called Logfile.
For an exact error diagnostics you save this file and send it to the STOLL-Helpline.

File name: Log_Machine_Number_Date_Time.slf

The Logfile can only be exported.
