Holding-down jack (E14)

An improved holding-down jack will be used.

Check the values for the holding-down jacks when you produce an existing knitting program again (PSV, PS^).

Needle detector

Up to now there was only a needle detector on the front carriage.

Now there is a needle detector on the front and back carriage.

Security strip at the needle bed

Up to now you had to loosen both screws with a screwdriver to be able to move the strip.

Now you can move the strip with the extraction hook.

Light barrier in the fabric collection chamber

At the end of the fabric piece, the light barrier checks if the fabric was cast-off. If not, the machine stops, since the fabric is still located in the take-down area.

Check this area before you confirm the error message and continue the production.

The light barrier is switched on with the LW1 command and switched off with LW0.

This command is integrated in the comb thread modules and in the protection rows module.

You need the following version on the pattern preparation unit to be able to use this:

• M1plus: V 7.6.026 (or higher)
• CREATE: V 2.3 (or higher)
