Mounting Sensor Units

Sender and receiver with brown or yellow each belong to one sensor unit.

Sender with 2-pin cable

Receiver with 3-pin cable

  1. Main switch OFF
  2. Rear panel is open
  3. Inner cover is removed

    Put the receivers at the front and rear of the needle bed support of the right side of the machine.

    Push the receivers to the outer top.
  1. The receiver holds magnetically.
  2. Check the correct alignment after mounting and connecting.

    Put the senders at the front and rear of the needle bed support of the right side of the machine.

    Push the senders to the outer top.
  3. The sender holds magnetically.
  4. Check the correct alignment after mounting and connecting.

    Lay and fasten the cables to the control unit.
