The home position of the yarn carrier is only dependent on field 1, regardless of the racking position (e.g. for a very large racking).

Additional yarn carrier distance n (1-20 needles) during fully fashion knitting

Y-1A:W n ;

Additional yarn carrier distance n (0-999 needles) during fully fashion knitting. The yarn carrier is put in a waiting position outside the fabric selvedge. The reference point is the HOME position of the yarn carrier.
The yarn carriers will not follow the fabric edge during narrowing.
The function is switched off when the yarn carrier is reused.

YD

Yarn carrier staggering process (default setting)
Distance of the yarn carriers from the left and the right fabric selvedge (track 1 to 16 = YD1 to YD16)
Value range: 0-160. Step width: 0.5=1/32 inches=0.8 mm

YDI n

Further yarn carrier staggering processes on the left and right hand fabric selvedge (n=1-20)
Value range: 0-160. Step width: 0.5=1/32 inches=0.8 mm

YC

Yarn carrier corrections for all yarn carriers (default setting)

YCI n

Further yarn carrier corrections (n=1-20) for all yarn carriers
0 = Factory settings are effective

Y-1A:A<>;

The yarn carrier 1A will be defined as autarkic yarn carrier.
The yarn carrier is positioned in its own color field.
<> = in both carriage directions
< = in the carriage direction to the left
> = in carriage direction to the right
without specification = the yarn carrier is parked outside its own color field (normal positioning)

Y-1A:Ap<>;

The yarn carrier 1A will be defined as autarkic plating yarn carrier.
p = Plating yarn carrier
The yarn carrier is positioned in its own color field.

< = in the carriage direction to the left

Yarn carrier run outside the knitting systems.
The yarn carrier follows the jacquard symbol with yarn carrier correction specifications. (Condition: Y-1A:F1AY; is determined.)

The run is possible: before the stroke, between the systems, after the stroke.
