APM Mode - Enabled by the Operator

Up to now | The APM mode is disabled if a Restart is required after switching on the machine. The အႀကီးတန္း စက္ေမာင္း only can enable the APM mode. |
New | The စက္ေမာင္း as well can enable the APM mode. |
