Central Lubrication

Starting from 06/2023, the CMS machines are equipped with a central lubrication as a standard equipment.
(not for: CMS 703, CMS 503, CMS 502, CMS 303, CMS 202).

The central lubrication lubricates with oil the working butts of all needle bed elements:

Lubrication points of the central lubrication
Lubrication points of the central lubrication

The oil pump can be found either on the left or on the right machine side depending on the machine type.

Notes:

  1. Adjust the central lubrication.
    Path: Konfiguracja maszyny -> Konserwacja -> Smarowniczy
    -> Centralne smarowanie
  2. Refill oil.
    If the content level is undershot then the Central lubrication oil reservoir almost empty message appears.
    Refill oil until the "Max" mark has been reached.
  3. Grease the coupling parts and the intermediate sliders.
    We recommend to grease the butts of the coupling parts and intermediate sliders even if the machine is equipped with central lubrication.
  4. Refer to the manual of the central lubrication unit.
