The CMS 9xx machine type works without comb and clamping and cutting device.

CMS 9xx

Narrow coupled:
1-piece

  • Machine does not work in Fully-Fashion mode (PFN command)
  • SEN and fabric start generally on the first needle at the left needle bed border
  • The yarn carriers are positioned at the left and right fabric selvedge correspondingly

Narrow coupled:
multi-piece

  • Machine does not work in Fully-Fashion mode (PFN command)
  • A maximum of 4 fabrics (SEN1-SEN4) can be positioned
  • SEN1-4 and F1-4 define the respective knitting widths
  • Home position of the yarn carriers (YG1 - YG4)
  • The yarn carriers are positioned at the left and right fabric selvedge correspondingly

Wide coupling (tandem)

  • Machine does not work in Fully-Fashion mode (PFN command)
  • SINTRAL contains only the information for the left fabric
    Result: The machine control copies the information of the left fabric for the right fabric.
  • The selected coupling width defines the distance between the fabrics
  • The yarn carriers are positioned at the left and right fabric selvedge correspondingly
  • A maximum of 4 fabrics per carriage can be positioned
