A power failure is an interruption of the power supply which lasts longer than 45 milliseconds.
What actions performs the machine in the event of power failure?
- Stop carriage immediately without any occurrence of a wrong selection.
- Save knitting program, operating system, and machine specific data.
- Save production progress.
- The battery card with rechargeable battery ensures this
Once the power supply is restored, the production can be carried on:
- Precisely where the knitting process has been interrupted.
- Without any occurrence of an error in fabric.

The machine is immediately stopped when a power failure occurs.
The pictograph with the corresponding message appears on the touch screen.

Electrical shock may cause death or serious injuries.
- In case of power failure, do not work on the electrical equipment of the machine without interrupting the power supply.
- Disconnect the power supply.
Power Failure > 30 sec
If the power failure lasts more than 30 seconds (standard setting), the computer of the knitting machine is automatically shut down.
- The time until shutdown can be set from 2 to 180 seconds.

- If you are sure that the power failure exists for a longer period of time, you can switch off the main switch with the Wyłączenie maszyny button.

- Once the power supply is restored, switch on the main switch.

- In the System Control Unit window, tap the Warmstart button.

- Start the machine with the engaging rod.

- If the power supply is restored within the set time, confirm the power failure message with the Potwierdź button.
- Restart the production with the engaging rod.
