Removing Cam Plate


Remove the cam plate in order to clean, check or replace cams or step motors.

    Switch off 40 V power supply.

    Remove the carriage part.

    Disconnect the plugs of the step motors (1) and selection systems (2).

    Remove the screws (3).

    Turn over the carriage part so that the cam plate is located at the bottom, making sure that the cam plate and the carriage part (cast body) do not separate.

    Remove the carriage part.

    Carry out work on cams or step motors.

    Reassemble the cam plate and carriage part in the reverse order.
