Confirm Greasing the Linear Guiding

Click this button only if the greasing process actually was performed. In case of insufficient grease, there is the risk of damaging the linear guiding.

In case of insufficient grease, there is the risk of damaging the linear guiding.

In case of too much grease or too high pressure, there is the risk of damaging the linear guiding.

  1. If the Grease linear guidance icon is displayed, the linear guiding must be greased immediately.
  2. Press in only 1ml of grease per nipple under moderate pressure.

Greasing the linear guiding:

  1. Use a grease gun with a flexible hose to be able to reach the lubricating point more easily.

    Remove the carriage assembly panelling (1).

    Grease the lubricating nipple (2) with a grease gun.
    Press in 0.25 ml grease under moderate pressure.

    Move the carriage manually to two other positions.

    With it, press in two times more 0.25 ml of grease under moderate pressure.

    Repeat this procedure for each lubricating nipple (2) - at the rear carriage guide as well.
