After the lubricating interval expires, the Grease the linear guiding of the carriage message appears in the display.

Если пластичной смазки недостаточно, существует опасность, что линейная направляющая будет повреждена.

  1. Если на экране появляется иконка Смазать линейную направляющую, то линейную направляющую необходимо немедленно смазать консистентной смазкой.

Greasing the linear guiding:

  1. Use a grease gun with a flexible hose to be able to reach the lubricating point more easily.

    Remove the carriage assembly panelling (1).

    Grease the lubricating nipple (2) with a grease gun.
    Press in 0.25 ml grease under moderate pressure.

    Move the carriage manually to two other positions.

    With it, press in two times more 0.25 ml of grease under moderate pressure.

    Repeat this procedure for each lubricating nipple (2) - at the rear carriage guide as well.
