Replace display (CMS)
Assembly with all machines except for ADF and CMS 502

| The cables are fastened with cable ties. To remove the cables, cut the cable ties. In the conversion kit you will find new cable ties. Fasten the new cables with it. |
1 | Stop carriage at the right reversing position. |
2 | Disconnect machine main switch. |
3 | Disconnect both cables from the display.

4 | Remove cover (1) by removing screws (2).
|

5 | Remove cover (3) by removing screws (4).
|
6 | Remove the support (5); for this remove the screw (6). Remove the screws (7).
|

7 | Remove both cables from the display slider. Slide the display to the left and remove it from the machine.

8 | Cautiously press the support (8) downwards and pull the cables backwards to the rear of the machine.

9 | Remove both cables from the energy chain.
|
10 | Remove the cables up to the control cabinet. Disconnect the cables from the control cabinet. |
11 | Screw the new display onto the display slider. Connect the new cables, they are three in total. The blue cable is connected to the central socket (arrow). Position the display slider on the machine.

12 | Lay the cables into the cable guide.
|
13 | Pull the cables to the rear of the machine and lay them into the cable guide, where the previous cables were removed earlier. Reassemble the support (see point 6). Lead the cables to the front side of the control cabinet and fasten them with cable ties. |
