Submit Customer Feedback

If come up with any suggestions or improvement proposals when using the STOLL PPS, or a problem occurs that you want to notify us, you can use Feedback form.
Your feedback will be sent directly to STOLL in a structured way and with all the required information.

    In the main menu select User profile

    In the page section Send customer feedback click the Customer feedback button.

    Enter the message in the displayed Feedback window
  1. You know, when the problem occurred and want to attach log files.

    You select a moment/time period (most recent, today, yesterday, this week).
  1. This selection has an effect on the PPS server and machine loggings, which you select by Which log files do you want to include?. Loggings of the selected time/period of time will be attached automatically. If a machine log is not available, the log_...NotExistent.txt file will be attached.

    You may add further files from the Client PC by Upload Client-side File. For this purpose, a file selection dialog is offered, which offers the local directory system and the contained files.

    You may add further files from the PPS server via Add server-side files. Only those files will be offered, that can be accessed in the Server-side files and folders path that was established in the configuration (Manage Server-site Files and Pattern Folders). For this purpose, the installer will create a folder where the most important files are linked, so that they can be selected easily.

    Click the Notify the feedback to STOLL button.
  1. Your feedback will be sent with further context information and log data from the PPS to the destination established in the E-Mail configuration. The e-mail addresses are displayed to the left of the Notify the feedback to STOLL button.
