Information about data types

The following data can be imported or exported:

Operating System

Import an operating system.

Knitting Programs

Export or import the selected knitting programs.

PIN and Permissions

Export or import the respective PIN number and the corresponding window configuration for all user groups.

This way, you can quickly apply the configuration of PIN and menus to other machines.

File name: userlevelconfig.bin

Shift Plan

Export or import the shift plan.

This way, you can quickly apply the shift plan to other machines.

File name: shiftconfig.bin

Machine Data

The machine data include the machine-specific settings (correction values, such as NPK, VPK, VGK, etc.).

The machine data can only be exported.

Machine Settings

Export the machine settings and network drives and import them on other machines.

File name: machinesettings.xml

Report Data

Export report data.
The report data contain all the operating data ("Report", "Report0", Shift 1 until Shift 5).

The report data are exported with the following file name:
STOLL machine number, date, time and the file name extension ".txt" (e. g. "rep_MC80400000001_2018-07-23_08-30.txt").

The report data can only be exported.

Sintral Crypto Key File

Import or export machine key file.

Firmware Update: MEMMINGER-IRO

You can import a firmware update for the gateway or the CAN feed wheels.

Knitting Programs

Opens the dialog box to manage files and folders of knitting programs.

Use USB Storage

Allow usage of USB storage devices. You can not write nor read data from USB mass-storage devices if this option is disabled.

Import or export data:

    Only the external storage location can be selected, the internal storage location is set automatically.

    The data is automatically imported to the internal storage location of the machine.
