Opens the dialog box for modifying the combination of the knitting programs in the current order.

The already selected knitting programs are highlighted in color.

Enter piece quantity
  • Enter the piece quantity for this position (knitting program).
  • Enter the quantity of the run-throughs for the entire order.

If the quantity of run-throughs is greater than "1", this will be represented graphically with a loop.

This function is only active if the order consists of one knitting program.

  • Opens the dialog box to save all or individual program elements (sin, jac, setx).

You have two possibilities to save the order:

  • 저장 tab
    • Save all or individual program elements (sin, jac, setx)
    • The original name and the storage location of the program part are retained
  • 다른 이름으로 저장 tab
    • Save all or individual program elements (sin, jac, setx)
    • Save individual, modified program parts (e.g. Setup) with the existing program parts as *.zip or overwrite them in the existing *.zip file.
    • Saving the Master Setup file only
    • Change Storage Location
    • Modify name of the knitting program

This function is only active, if the order consists of two or more positions (knitting programs).

  • Opens the dialog box for saving the current order.

You can determine the storage location and the name of the order:

  • Save - don't make changes
    • The order will be overwritten
  • Save - change the name or storage location
    • The order will be saved with the new name or at the selected storage location

You can save the Master Setup file separately.

The order is released for the production.

  • Transfer the order to the operator.
    The production can be started.
  • The 생산 종료 function gets available.

생산 종료

The order gets withdrawn.

  • Withdraw the order from the operator.
    The production will be stopped.
  • The 생산 시작 function gets available.

Restore Last Order

Available only after restart or installation of the operating system.
No longer available as soon as another knitting program has been loaded.

  • Loads the last active order and releases its production.
  • The 생산 종료 function gets available.

설정 모드

This function is only active, if the order consists of two or more positions (knitting programs).

The setup mode serves for fine tuning the individual positions on the machine. For example:

  • Set cycle counters
  • Adapt WM values and stitch length
  • When working with a yarn length measuring device (YLC)

You can set up one position after the other. In the setup mode the piece counter is automatically set to 1.

If the fabric is finished, the machine stops (piece counter at 0). You can control the fabric piece.

Tap on this field and enter an order name using the virtual keyboard.

If you saved the order (button 저장), the order name is entered here.

Save location of order.

Here you determine what is to be done with the previous data when loading a new order or a new knitting program.

Set Loading Options

니팅 프로그램

Opens the dialog box to manage files and folders of knitting programs.

마스터 셋업 사용:

Select whether a 마스터 설정 should be used.

마스터 설정 is the designation for the Setup file that is used for all the knitting programs of this order.

The button is divided into two areas:

A

Select the path (storage location) of the desired Master Setup. Tap the (A) button for this.

B

마스터 셋업 사용:, switch on or off.
Activate: For this tap on the button (B). It is highlighted in color.
