Machine specific NP corrections

When to use:

Working with MC-NPK or MC-NPGK:

  1. You are signed in as Senior Operator .
  2. The knitting program is loaded and the production was started.

    In the main navigation bar Set up Order is selected.

    Select Prepare Machine in the bottom navigation bar.

    Open the Setup Editor with the key.

    Select the Stitch Length in the window.

    Open the NP or NPGK tab.

    Enter the desired machine specific correction value to the corresponding NP index in the MC-NPK or MC-NPGK column.
  1. This value is automatically applied to the NPGK tab.

Without NP groups

With NP groups

  • NP tab

  • NP tab

  • NPGK tab

  • NPGK tab

 

These machine-specific NP correction values remain active at the machine until they will be deleted by the Loading Options setting when creating a new order.

    Close Setup Editor by the Close button.

Deleting the machine-specific correction values MC-NPK / MC-NPGK:

  1. You are signed in as Senior Operator .
  2. Machine specific correction values are available on the machine.

    Select Ustawienie zamówienia in the main navigation bar.

    Tap on Edycja zamówienia in the bottom navigation bar.

    Then, first exit the current order with the Wyjście z zamówienia button.
  1. In case of changes in the pattern, a prompt appears for saving the changes.

    Save changes if necessary.

    Open the menu with the Opcje ładowania button.

    Select the desired loading option:

    Close the menu with OK.

    Create a new order with the Utwórz nowe zamówienie button.
