Switch-off the Needle Selection

I. Switch the needle selection on or off:

  1. You are signed in as Senior Operator .
  2. A knitting program is loaded.
  3. The production was started.

    In the main navigation bar select Set-up Order.

    Select Produce Order in the main navigation bar.

    Tap Intervene Manually I in the bottom navigation bar.

    Switch the complete needle selection with the Needle Selection button on or off.

Definiuje odległość pomiędzy wodzikiem a normalną pozycją podawania przędzy na igły oraz kąt wprowadzania.

 

Pozycja wprowadzania

Poziome przesunięcie pozycji podawania (x)

  • Wartość dodatnia: Następująca przędza podstawowa.
    Przędza jest podawana na igły z opóźnieniem.
    Domyślne: 6.5 mm
  • Wartość ujemna: Wiodąca przędza platerująca
    Domyślne: 0 mm
  • Minimalna wartość: -100 mm
    Maksymalna wartość: 100 mm
    Szerokość kroku: 0.1 mm

YPI i YCI określają wartości pozycji i kąta wprowadzania autonomicznych nośników przędzy.

Wartości te zostaną zsumowane do odpowiedniej wartości maksymalnej w danej sytuacji dziania.

    Maksymalna wartość: 5 mm
    Szerokość kroku: 0.1 mm

The needle selection can be switched on or off individually for one carriage with faulty fabric pieces.

    The needle selection can separately be switched on or off with the Left Carriage and Right Carriage buttons.
