Setup Mode

The setup mode is only available for orders with several knitting programs (positions).

Handling of the setup mode:

  1. You are signed in as Senior Operator .
  2. The yarn carriers are in the clamping and cutting bed.
  3. The order is created with several knitting programs.

    In the dialog box select the first position (knitting program).

List of all loaded knitting programs (positions) in the sequence of production.

Changing of the knitting order with the / buttons.

: Select the knitting program to be moved.

  • Sintral (sin)
  • Jacquard (jac)
  • Setup (setx)

Piece counter for the corresponding position (knitting program)

Quantity of run-throughs for the entire order (all listed knitting programs)

Start the setup mode

Start Production

    Start the setup of the first position (knitting program) with the Modo de configuração button.

    Change to Preparar a máquina in the bottom navigation bar.
  1. The yarn carrier home position for the first knitting program is displayed.

    Thread-up yarn carrier.

    Start machine (engage) and knit.

    Control all pattern parameters during the knitting and change them if necessary.
  1. The machine stops automatically at the end of the first knitting program in the left reversal.
  2. The cause of the stop motion is displayed.

    In the Stop Motions and Warnings dialog box press the button.
  1. The Order complete dialog with the options to continue working is displayed.

Rotate fabric take-down forward to cast-off the fabric

Exit the setup mode to start the production

Knit-off again the position (knitting program) for another control

Select the next position and start the knitting program

    If necessary, cast-off the fabric piece with the Rodar para a frente o sistema de estiragem do tecido button.

Check the fabric piece to verify if the desired quality was achieved.

    Inspection of the fabric piece:
  1. Not ok
    Proceed by the Repetir peça button.
  2. ok
    Proceed by the Próximo item button.

    When changing to the next position (new knitting program), if necessary, in the bottom navigation bar go again to Preparar a máquina, to check the yarn carrier home position for this knitting program.

    If necessary, thread-up the added yarn carriers.

    Continue with this sequence until all positions (knitting programs) are appropriate for the production.

    After running-through all positions of the order exit the mode with the Sair do modo de configuração button.

    Exit the dialog with the Cancelar button and return to the main window.
