Create and set-up an order with a knitting program

Procedure:

1: Set the machine to an empty row to install the split cams

2: Create an order with a knitting program.

3: Start production.

4: Prepare the machine and set-up the pattern

Threading up the Yarn Carriers
Position the yarn carriers at the clamping point
Check the knitting area and the fabric collection chamber

5: Start machine (engage).

Make the following changes:

Cycle Counters (RS)
Stitch Length (NP)
Fabric take-down values (WMF)
Machine speed (MSEC)
