Introduction

PPS is a powerful tool for planning, automation and support of your production. However, before starting with the installation and operation, the creation of the required conditions is essential. Start with the chapter Data Flow to obtain an overview over the environment, where the PPS is to be set up. In the following chapter System Requirements you will find information about the necessary hardware.

If these instructions are not observed, the PPS can not unfold its performance capabilities, it can be slow or disturbed and the whole installation procedure must be repeated.

Read this manual carefully and create the corresponding environment.
