Increase or Decrease the Quantity of the Knitting Order

You can increase or reduce the quantity of pieces for orders already assigned to machines in the view for manual disposition.
With this it is also possible to allocate orders onto machines not included until now.

How to change the piece number of an order:

    1
Select Orders from the menu bar.
    2
In the navigation bar select the Scheduling tab.
    3
    The scheduling view appears.

The orders are displayed in a list (1) on the left.
On the right is the machine list (3) with the scheduling timeline (4).
Between both views there is the toolbar of the scheduling (2).
    4
Select an order from the list (1).
You can also use a completed order to enlarge the production or to restart it.
    5
Select the Split button in the toolbar.
  1. The selection dialog appears:
    6
    Select the option >>> Split...
  1. View for a manual distribution of the order.

In the distribution view a new piece number can be assigned to each machine, of which you want to change the piece number.

How to reduce a defined piece number:

The following restrictions apply for this:

  1. In principle, the piece number for a partial order (split ticket) can not be smaller than 0.
  2. In case of a partial order with the In process state, the new piece number cannot be defined below the released quantity.
  3. If the allowed minimum is not reached, the corresponding edit box will be displayed with a red border and an error message appears.
    1
Reduce the quantity only down to the allowed minimum to be able to schedule or release the order successfully.
    2
Verify whether the distribution is valid and satisfactory.
    3
Change the order status from Schedule distribution to Scheduled if the result satisfies you.
    -  or  -
You can change the order status from Release distribution to Released.
  1. The selected order is distributed to the desired machines in the selected ratio.
  2. Delays will be displayed beside the time period/zoom if the defined completion times of the orders are exceeded.
